Yes, you may cancel at anytime, but you will lose the ability to challenge reviews, and look up member/hobbyists. PLEASE NOTE: Cancelling your account DOES NOT delete your profile.

You can pretty much edit anything on your profile, EXCEPT for removing the default image or deleting the profile altogether.

YES! We have a stringent review challenge process. We realize that sometimes dates do not go well, and one bad review out of many good reviews does not affect your rating that much. You may challenge any review from your backoffice, and our team will work with the member/hobbyist to authenticate, rectify and maybe even remove the review if our team cannot find a resolution.
